The Package
You’ll work with data—supporting laboratory operations and quality standards. Expect to get hands-on with real-world systems, working alongside experienced colleagues and fellow apprentices. Your work will help ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence, involving activities such as supporting laboratory data systems, reporting, data analysis, and contributing to quality improvement projects.

About You
Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in data and technology. You should be digitally confident, eager to learn new tools, and good at communicating with diverse teams. Problem-solving skills and effective time management are essential.
Experience
We value the right mindset and passion for data over formal experience. Eagerness to learn and contribute is key.
Qualifications
Potential matters more than formal qualifications. Demonstrate interest in data management, good communication skills, organization, adaptability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Over 15 months, you’ll spend at least 6 hours weekly on ‘off the job’ training, including virtual lessons, shadowing, mentoring, and assignments. You’ll earn a salary while gaining a Level 3 Data Driven Professionals apprenticeship, guided by Tiro and experienced mentors.
Eligibility
Applicants must be over 16, not in full-time education, have lived in the UK for 3 years, and have the right to work in the UK. If you don’t meet all criteria, express your interest, and we’ll discuss further.
