Qualifications

• 2+ years in a CRM or Email Marketing position.
• eCommerce B2C experience.
• Confidence managing multiple CRM channels.
• Proficiency with ESP, SMS, CDP Platforms, and Google Analytics.
• Fashion, eCommerce experience highly desirable.
• Excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of customer communications.
• Work closely with designers to brief campaigns and provide feedback.
• Optimise marketing automation to increase engagement and retention.
• Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, produce reports.
