Job summary

Co-op is hiring a CRM Campaign Executive in Manchester, offering hybrid work with two days remote per week. You will support the CRM Membership Marketing team, delivering personalised communications across campaigns to engage member-owners and strengthen relationships.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle from planning to reporting, collaborating with stakeholders and continually improving how we communicate with members.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, ideally within a CRM or digital marketing environment.
• Experience writing compelling marketing copy for email and CRM campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of CRM campaigns from brief through to launch and reporting.
• Write clear, engaging copy for member communications across multiple channels.
• Create and coordinate email campaigns using CRM and email marketing platforms, managing activity from brief to deployment.
• Carry out QA checks to ensure campaigns meet required standards.
• Develop and deliver A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the team.
• Build relationships with colleagues across business areas and with external partners.
• Brief audience selections with CRM Operations and ensure successful delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support campaign administration and coordination of meetings and reviews.
