We're looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our CRM Membership Marketing team and help us deliver engaging, relevant communications that strengthen relationships with our member-owners. You'll support the delivery of our CRM campaign plan, helping to ensure members receive accurate, timely and personalised communications across a range of marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help create campaigns that improve member engagement, support retention and deliver value to both our members and our Co-op.
As a CRM Campaign Executive, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and copy-writing through to testing, delivery and performance reporting. This role offers plenty of variety, exposure to different stakeholders across the business, and the chance to contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we communicate with our members.
