• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agile delivery squads to deliver high-quality CRM campaigns while ensuring compliance with FCA, GDPR and internal governance standards.

You’ll be confident using CRM platforms such as Braze and Movable Ink to create engaging customer experiences and will have strong analytical skills, enabling you to turn data and customer insights into effective campaign strategies. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and bringing creativity, innovation and a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
