• Proven ability to lead customer campaigns and drive engagement.
• Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of CRM in strategic plans for Workplace clients.
• Design and manage roadmaps, milestones and KPIs.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business cases.
• Collaborate with marketing, data, product and service teams.
• Monitor delivery, identify blockers, and propose fixes.
• Contribute to test-and-learn frameworks and analyse results.
• Create workflows and analyses to design/monitor new activity.
