Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) are now recruiting for a CRM Campaign Manager to support in shaping and delivering impactful campaigns for Workplace pension clients. In this role, you’ll develop actionable strategies and coordinate the detailed planning and progress of projects aimed at improving client engagement and value. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, drive project momentum, and support continuous improvement in how we respond to client needs.
The interview process for this role will be a two stage interview consisting of competency and technical questions, as well as a presentation.
The CRM Campaign Manager role is a Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our office is based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. Hybrid working is available where only 3 days a week is required in the office.
