As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting users and platform development. If you are data-driven, eager to learn, and motivated, this opportunity allows growth within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
    • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
    • Participate in testing new features and platform improvements.
    • Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives.
    • Analyze and share data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  2. Data Quality & Integrity
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
    • Conduct data quality checks and support data cleansing.
    • Collaborate with users to promote data governance.
  3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  4. AI & Digital Tools
    • Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
    • Automate routine reports and explore new tools for BI/CRM ecosystems.
  5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Support development of market insight reports and dashboards.
    • Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using data.
Who You Are
  • Driven, analytical, and curious about data and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
  • Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous roles in data analysis or sales operations.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
