As a pioneer in dental implantology, we have expanded our product portfolio to include areas such as tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics with transparent aligners, and tooth loss solutions.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH). This role involves transforming data into insights, managing data architecture, and optimizing processes. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, supporting users and platform development, and will be involved in CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
    • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
    • Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global and regional teams.
    • Provide support and training to end users, and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
    • Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
  2. Data Quality & Integrity
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
    • Conduct data quality checks, support data cleansing, and promote data governance.
  3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  4. AI & Digital Tools
    • Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
    • Automate routine reports and explore new digital tools for integration into BI/CRM systems.
  5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
    • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Develop market insights and dashboards, support strategic reviews and commercial planning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP CRM, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
