Based in our Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work in Salesforce supporting users and platform development. It’s an excellent opportunity for data-minded, driven individuals eager to grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
  • Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher.
  • Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global/regional teams.
  • Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives.
  • Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify behavioral trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Data Quality & Integrity
    • Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
    • Perform data quality checks and support data cleansing and governance.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights.
  • AI & Digital Tools
    • Leverage AI solutions to enhance performance tracking and decision-making.
    • Explore automation opportunities for reports and processes.
    • Stay informed on emerging tools and integrate them into BI/CRM systems.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
    • Develop market insights and support strategic reviews and planning.
    Who You Are

    • Excellent communicator capable of explaining insights to diverse audiences.
    • Passionate about data, BI, and digital transformation.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, data & tech, or related field.
    • Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM), Power BI, Alteryx, or similar.
    • Previous roles in data analysis or sales operations.
    • Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
