We’re looking for a CRM Support Associate to join a fast-paced retail business on a temporary basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the CRM team with email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accuracy, speed, and strong brand alignment.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day CRM activity across campaigns
• Create briefs and proof communications
• Liaise with external agencies for delivery
• Use customer data to segment and target effectively
• Contribute to a CRM migration project

What we’re looking for:

• Retail experience (ideally in a large, fast-paced environment)
• Hands-on CRM campaign experience (email & SMS)
• Strong proofing and creative eye for customer comms
• Confident working with data and segmentation
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems (training provided)
• Proactive and adaptable team player
