Job summary

Boots is seeking a Marketing Assistant (CRM) to join the Beauty & Brand Partnerships team in Nottingham. You will deliver targeted, personalised communications across email, direct mail and app content for No7, helping engage customers and drive commercial results.

You will work with data and creative teams to optimise campaigns, manage briefs, and support cross-channel marketing initiatives. This is a 12-month FTC, on-site role with potential for growth within Boots.

What you'll be doing

As a Marketing Assistant (CRM) within the Beauty & Brand Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in delivering targeted, personalised communications for our internal brand partner, No7. Your work will involve creating engaging content across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, and app content, all aimed at inspiring our customers and driving commercial results. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that our marketing efforts resonate with our audience and reflect the values of Boots.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi-channel loyalty campaigns to meet Boots and No7 Beauty Company objectives.
• Manage copy and creative direction for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the data team to enhance targeting and optimise campaigns.
