Essex Police & Kent Police are seeking a Systems Manager to oversee the critical Contact Routing System (CRS) and related IT services. The role focuses on incident and problem management, change activity, supplier engagement and service improvement, with a strong emphasis on resilience and stakeholder collaboration.

The position is primarily home-based with occasional travel to Kent Police and Essex Police sites.

• Experience of supporting change and improvement initiatives with external organisations.
