Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 5 nurse for the Conquest Critical Care units. You will join the team to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients, supported by a teaching program and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration is required.
• Experience in acute/critical care settings is preferred.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised nursing care to critically ill patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support the care of patients across day and night shifts on an internal rotation.
• Collaborate with educators and leaders to maintain high standards of nursing care.
