Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting Band 5 Registered Nurse to join Tressell Intermediate Care Ward at Conquest Hospital, St Leonards-on-Sea. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse and hold active registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Degree level qualification relevant to role.
• Professional qualification and knowledge of patient assessment, planning, developing and implementing programmes of care.
• Post Graduate qualification at Degree level relevant to role to demonstrate clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse will provide a high standard of nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of patient care.
• The post holder will work closely with the Nurse/ Team Manager and Team Leaders. Your responsibilities will include undertaking clinical skills and treatments and the safe admission and discharge of patients.
