Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Secretary to join our team within the TACC care group.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to communicate at all levels to patients and clinical staff in a professional and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities
  • The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality secretarial and administrative service tailored to meet the requirements of the service, designated consultants, trainee doctors and other clinical nursing staff.
  • The Critical Care Secretary is responsible for the development and delivery of a high quality secretarial and administrative service tailored to meet the requirements of the service, designated consultants, trainee doctors and other clinical nursing staff.
  • You will be a point of contact and continuity for the Critical Care staff and assist them with the management of their workload.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • The post-holder must have well developed interpersonal skills, be experienced in managing a workload and possess a high standard of computer literacy.
