Job summary

NHS Tayside's Critical Care Services is recruiting a registered nurse to join a multidisciplinary team across two sites. You will rotate through the units and have a base at Ninewells Hospital or Perth Royal Infirmary, supporting level 2/3 care.

The role requires UK NMC registration, post-registration ICU experience, Flying Start completion, and a willingness to study further. Shifts include day/night rotations and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
• Previous post-registration ICU/critical care experience.
• Completion of the Flying Start Programme.
• Willingness to undertake further study.

Responsibilities

• Rotational work between Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary.
• Provide high-quality nursing care in Critical Care/High Dependency Units.
• Participate in staff development and training.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and Flying Start programme.
