Job summary

NHS Fife is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join the Intensive Care Unit team at Victoria Hospital. The role requires a strong background in acute care, with a genuine interest in Critical Care. Comprehensive orientation is provided if prior critical care experience is limited.

The successful candidate will be based mainly in ICU but will rotate across the critical care floor and other areas as required. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours with day/night rotation and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Extensive acute ward experience.
• Interest in Critical Care nursing.
• PVG Scheme and right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Based in ICU with deployment across the critical care floor.
• Will work across departments as needed in a busy, high-acuity environment.
