Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a registered nurse to join the Critical Care Services in NHS Tayside, with a primary base at Ninewells Hospital or Perth Royal Infirmary. The role includes rotation across four units and emergency deployments based on clinical need.

Qualifications

• Registered nurses must be on the UK NMC Register (RN1/RN2 or equivalent).
• Post-registration experience in critical care is preferred.
• Be willing to undertake further study and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Rotational work across two sites (Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary) including the Medical High Dependency Unit.
• Care for level 2 and level 3 patients within Critical Care Services.
• Work pattern includes 36 hours per week with day/night rotation and potential emergency deployments between sites.
