At Paragon Social Care, we support vulnerable and challenging children and young people who are looked after by the council and are between longer-term placements. We intervene during these critical transition times, providing wrap-around support 24/7 until a more suitable long-term placement is found. Our support packages vary, with staffing ratios from 1:1 up to a maximum of 6:1, depending on each young person's individual needs.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Keep the young person safe
2. Engage with the young person on an emotional level
3. Ensure the young person attends to their personal care
4. Take the young person out on activities and fun days out
5. Transport the young person to meetings, school, appointments, etc.
6. Cook for the young person
