• Frontline crisis support experience or aptitude.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with calm and clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and case coordination.

Responsibilities

• Client Support & Coordination: ensure timely, quality service delivery with partners.
• Safeguarding: contribute to protecting individuals from risk of abuse or harm.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: work with staff and volunteers to share information.
• Record Keeping and Documentation: maintain accurate records per policy.
• Relationship Building: build rapport with service users and maintain trust.
