We are recruiting for experienced, professionally registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists to join Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust’s Connection team. This 24/7 service offers direct clinical assessments, coordination of urgent responses and support to other agencies, with a clear focus on delivering the right help at the right time.

Based at St Ann's Hospital, the role involves shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.

Qualifications

• Professionally registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical assessments and provide advice and support.
• Supervise mental health support workers and coordinate urgent and emergency responses.
• Liaise with internal and external services to ensure timely crisis support.
