Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Occupational Therapist to join the Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team (CRHT) at Woodlands Centre for Acute Care, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. • Assess, plan and implement high-quality care for service users in crisis.
• Coordinate with service users, carers, families and partner agencies.
• Triage referrals and gatekeep inpatient admissions.
• Provide clinical supervision and/or act as shift co-ordinator as needed.
• Lead and support team within urgent care hub and other service areas.
