Waythrough in Coppull is hiring a Crisis Recovery Worker to provide short-term mental health crisis support at Willow House. You will assist individuals in managing immediate wellbeing, with a focus on independence and engagement. 37 hours per week, permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Support people using our services to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
• Develop independent living skills including budgeting and community engagement.
• Encourage choice, control and active participation in decision-making.
• Ensure the safe running of the service and maintain professional boundaries.
• Keep accurate, timely records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Liaise with external agencies and build positive relationships.
• Signpost people to other services for additional support.
