JAM Recruitment Ltd seeks a Criminal Solicitor for a permanent, full-time, hybrid role in Lancashire. You will manage a private and publicly funded caseload, providing tailored legal advice and representation from police stations through to court appearances.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ PQE in Criminal Law and holds Duty Solicitor accreditation or a clear plan to obtain it. You’ll work with a supportive team, enjoy genuine progression, and benefit from a flexible, client-focused

The Candidate Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate:
  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Criminal Law.
  • Duty Solicitor accreditation, or a genuine willingness to obtain accreditation if not already qualified.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently and work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Strong advocacy skills and confidence conducting your own hearings.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and procedural expertise.
