CRIMINAL LAWYER, FLINTSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £54,080 - £61,650. Exceptional opportunity to join a respected organisation that offers excellent training and development to those interested in pursuing a career in Prosecutions.

The appointed candidate will handle a varied caseload of criminal prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence, case files, making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.

Requirements:

1. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Applicants must have lived in the UK for at least five years.
2. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your expertise in prosecutions within a prominent public sector organisation, contributing to the delivery of justice for victims. Ideally, candidates will have 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and show genuine commitment and passion for this area of practice.
3. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making.
4. You will receive support throughout the comprehensive induction process, with dedicated mentoring and on-the-job training to ensure a seamless transition into your new role.
