The appointed candidate will handle a varied caseload of criminal prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence, case files, making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least five years.
• This is an exceptional opportunity to develop expertise in prosecutions within a prominent public sector organisation, contributing to justice for victims. Ideally, candidates will have 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate genuine commitment and passion for this area.
• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
• You will receive support throughout the comprehensive induction process, with mentoring and on-the-job training to ensure a seamless transition into your new role.
