CRIMINAL LAWYER, SWANSEA, SALARY UP TO £54,080-£61,650

Overview

Are you seeking an opportunity to advance your career in Criminal Law? We offer excellent training and development opportunities for individuals interested in a career in Prosecutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertaking court advocacy, providing legal advice, and preparing and reviewing cases within a varied criminal prosecutions caseload.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
  2. Residency in the UK for at least five years.
  3. Ideally, at least 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions.
  4. Strong passion for criminal law.
Training and Support

Comprehensive induction, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to facilitate a smooth transition into the role as a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer.

Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
