THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of criminal and prosecution matters, combining court advocacy with advisory work on complex and sensitive issues for a broad range of clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop rewarding experience in prosecutorial work, including reviewing evidence and case files, making informed charging decisions, and preparing and presenting cases to support the pursuit of justice for victims.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers that currently hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, that have resided in the UK for at least five years. You will have strong verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and effective decision-making skills. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years prior experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and be passionate in their work.
