Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator - Assessment to join the Warrington service. You will work with people using our services, delivering intensive assessment and case management to support those on IOM and DRR/ATR pathways within the criminal justice system.

Reporting to the Criminal Justice Team Leader, you will liaise with probation services, ensure quality governance, and help reduce reoffending while addressing substance misuse and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills and experience in carrying out assessments of service users in health, social care, and criminal justice sectors.
• Knowledge and experience of recording and managing risk
• Ability to engage with drug and alcohol misusers and offenders
• Experience contributing to multi-agency meetings
• Ability to work autonomously, safely, and creatively away from the office
• Good communication skills and experience of interagency working
• Clean driving licence and access to your own transport

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive assessment and case management to offenders with complex needs
• Collaborate with Warrington probation service within IOM and DRR/ATR contexts
• Support service users to address challenges including substance misuse and mental health
• Contribute to governance and quality of service delivery
• Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and stakeholders across the Warrington partnership
