Job summary

Change Grow Live in Warrington is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator - Assessment to join our criminal justice team. You will provide intensive assessment and case management to offenders with complex needs, collaborating with Warrington probation and partners to reduce reoffending.

The role requires strong IT, risk management, autonomous working and excellent communication. You must have a clean driving licence and access to transport.

Qualifications

• Good IT skills and experience in carrying out assessments of service users in health, social care, and criminal justice sectors.
• Knowledge and experience of recording and managing risk.
• The ability to strike up a rapport and engage with drug and alcohol misusers and offenders.
• Experience of contributing to multi-agency meetings.
• Be able to work autonomously, safely, and creatively, using your own initiative away from the office
• Good communication skills and experience of interagency working.
• A clean driving license and access to your own transport

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive assessment and case management services to offenders with complex needs.
• Collaborate with Warrington probation and partner agencies to support service users within IOM and community treatment requirements.
• Support governance and quality of service delivery, maintaining a strong service-user focus.
