CRIMINAL DUTY SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, GREATER LONDON, UP TO £36,000 DOE

A forward-thinking firm is seeking a duty solicitor to join on a permanent basis. The firm has an excellent reputation for providing a range of legal services. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious Criminal Lawyers seeking a new challenge in Greater London. Job Ref: 9731

Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload of criminal matters, providing legal representation at both the Police Station and the Magistrates' Court.
2. Participate in the out-of-hours rota for police station callouts.
3. Manage own caseload of criminal matters, including conducting advocacy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience managing criminal cases.
• Proven experience representing clients at Magistrates' Court and Police Station.
