An expanding legal firm seeks a Criminal Solicitor with over 3 years of PQE. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of criminal cases, representing clients at the Police Station and Magistrates Court. THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for and will develop and manage a caseload of criminal work, including representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court. You will participate in the out-of-hours rota for Police Station attendance. Enthusiasm and energy in developing and maintaining local and regional networks to attract and secure new business are essential.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE in criminal law and hold Duty Status. Proven advocacy skills, with the ability and willingness to conduct your own advocacy, are essential. Good client care and communication skills, along with a flexible approach to work, are vital for success.
