Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited is offering an Industrial Placement Student position based in Crewe, hybrid work arrangement, with a salary of £25,500. You will join a cohort of around 93 trainees across various early careers streams and be based at the Dream Factory Bentley Campus.

You will gain exposure to managing a global retailer network, learn about compliance, business operations, and stakeholder management, and contribute to customer experience initiatives while rotating through different

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a 2:1 in Business, Management or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in project management and organisational skills (preferred).
• Ability to work with senior colleagues and external third parties with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Protect the integrity of our Retailer network and support responsible business growth through retailer due diligence.
• Roll out the new retail Corporate Identity across the global retailer network; review proposals and maintain evidence.
• Assist with deployment of operating standards by tracking retailer adherence and maintaining policies and dashboards.
• Support the Business Management team with other projects to gain broad understanding of the department.
