Job summary

Bentley Motors Limited is offering an Industrial Placement based in Crewe, with hybrid working and regional exposure to the EMEA Sales & Marketing team. You’ll contribute to regional campaigns, events, and retailer communications while developing through masterclasses, mentorship and rotations across business areas.

The role requires on-site presence (4 days/week) with some travel and a starting salary of £25,500, alongside learning opportunities and community activities.

Qualifications

• Marketing and/or events work experience/placements.
• Project management experience.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Clear communication to multiple audiences.
• MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Co-Pilot.
• Minimum 4 days a week on site at Bentley Crewe with hybrid working.
• National travel required; occasional international travel may be needed.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and reporting of regional marketing campaigns and retailer communications.
• Contribute to planning, creation and analysis of regional campaign strategies and manage ad-hoc sales campaigns.
• Host and participate in events at retailer and customer level, managing data in Salesforce.
• Independently manage the monthly EMEA regional newsletter; briefs and distribution.
• Collaborate with the wider regional team on reporting, conferences, fleet management and training.
• Work day‑to‑day within the regional EMEA team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
