Essential Employment is seeking a trained Crematorium Operative in Worcester to provide short-term operational support during remobilisation. You will operate cremators, perform routine checks, keep accurate records, and handle cremated remains with dignity.

The role may include chapel duties, liaising with funeral directors, and supporting mourners. It requires flexibility to cover a rota (8-4, 10-6) and work on a busy schedule.

Qualifications

• Trained Crematorium Operative with experience in cremation equipment.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a busy bereavement service.
• Accurate procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle cremated remains and maintain records.
• Willingness to perform chapel duties and liaise with funeral directors.
