Position Overview

Job Title: Credit Structurer

Location: London

You will join as a Credit Structurer, working with the Insurance Solutions and Financing trading desk within our Credit Solutions business.

Credit Structuring involves devising, originating, and executing structured finance transactions, collaborating with various trading desks across Deutsche Bank's divisions, including Direct Lending, Infrastructure & Energy, Global Transportation Financing, Asset-Backed Securities, Portfolios, and Credit Solutions.

Insurance Solutions and Financing focus on strategies involving insurance risk components.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing insurance-wrapped financing structures for financial assets
• Financing of later life lending products, including Equity Release Mortgages
• Providing debt financing to insurance holding companies, including private equity-owned entities
• Executing solutions trades for insurers to address capital, liquidity, or technical requirements

Skills and Experience

• Experience in front office markets
• Structured finance background from an investment bank or fund
• Securitisation experience is a plus but not mandatory; insurance experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong technical and financial modelling skills
• Ability to handle all transaction aspects, including client dealings, structuring, documentation, and internal approvals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to fast-paced markets
