Metro Bank is seeking a senior leader to shape and drive the Credit Risk transformation strategy, aligning with risk appetite, regulatory obligations and strategic objectives. You will define end-to-end outcomes, prioritise requirements across policy, models, data, technology and customer journeys, and provide leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Extensive experience leading Credit Risk, Lending or Decisioning transformation.
• Deep expertise in credit risk management, including policy, strategy, models and data.
• Proven ability to define target capabilities and roadmaps across policy, models and customer journeys.
• Strong executive influencing and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Define the Credit Risk transformation strategy, target decisioning capability and roadmap.
• Set out end-to-end transformation outcomes including automation and customer outcomes.
• Provide functional leadership across programme teams, consultants and technology partners.
• Advise the Chief Credit Officer on material strategic, risk and investment matters and governance.
• Provide independent challenge to ensure alignment with lending policy, risk appetite and controls.
