Responsibilities

• IFRS9 Model Development & Monitoring: Own the design, implementation, and ongoing performance monitoring of IFRS9 models across various credit portfolios.
• Impairment & Forecasting: Lead the monthly IFRS9 impairment provisioning process and deliver forward-looking impairment forecasts to support business planning, budgeting, and climate stress testing.
• Audit & Governance Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert for IFRS9 model audits, ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a junior analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
