Monzo is seeking a Credit Model Validation Manager to join the Credit Model Validation team. You will lead independent validation across a broad set of credit models, including impairment, capital, stress testing, and decisioning, ensuring they are fit for purpose and properly governed.

The role requires strong data and analytical skills, experience in model validation within financial services, and the ability to work with data and code to form independent views across model types.

Qualificações

• Strong background in credit model development and/or validation across multiple model types.
• Experience with IFRS 9 impairment, IRB or capital models preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting findings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent validation across Monzo’s credit model portfolio.
• Review and challenge model risk assessments and governance.
• Develop reusable analytical tools and tests; leverage AI-enabled approaches where appropriate.
• Write clear validation reports for committees and stakeholders.
