Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to join our Credit Services team at Birchwood Park, Warrington. The role focuses on posting, cash handling, onboarding new customers, and processing supplier invoices with a proactive, organised approach.

The ideal candidate will have an administrative background, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under time pressure in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing post and cash collections from customers.
• Oversee new customer onboarding via phone and email communications.
• Process and scan supplier invoices accurately.
• Handle general administrative duties including customer amendments and internal credit/invoice requests.
• Juggle a varied workload and respond to ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Support the credit services team with day-to-day tasks.
