Job summary

Hastings Direct is recruiting for a Technical Specialist - Credit Hire to lead audit, analysis and training, driving continuous improvement. You’ll partner with operations to review KPIs, identify development needs and deliver targeted technical training to strengthen capabilities across Credit Hire teams.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking and a proactive, results-driven mindset in a hybrid UK-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational leadership to review outcomes/KPIs using data to support improvement through technical development.
• Identify technical needs/themes for individual colleagues when creating and delivering technical development.
• Support the technical lead to build capability and deliver training from the academy to develop individuals through the competency framework.
• Utilise data from audits and reports to identify development requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide technical input to mitigate risks by understanding market developments affecting Credit Hire performance.
