Job summary

Flexible Solutionz Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Litigated Fee Earner to manage fast track and multi-track credit hire claims, with some small claims, from issue through to settlement.

Hybrid working is available after probation, with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 DOE, depending on experience, and a focus on quality and wellbeing. You will liaise with clients, credit hire organisations, experts and counsel while maintaining accurate case records and meeting court deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RTA or Personal Injury litigation experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track credit hire claims, with some Small Claims.
• Handle liability and quantum disputes from issue through to settlement.
• Progress claims proactively and meet all court deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case management and file records.
• Liaise with clients, credit hire organisations, experts and counsel.
• Work efficiently towards settlement and timely file closure.
