Job summary

Flexible Solutionz Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Litigated Fee Earner to manage fast track and multi-track credit hire claims, with some small claims, from issue through to settlement.

Hybrid working is available after probation, with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 DOE, depending on experience, and a focus on quality and wellbeing. You will liaise with clients, credit hire organisations, experts and counsel while maintaining accurate case records and meeting court deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RTA or Personal Injury litigation experience essential.

• Handle liability and quantum disputes from issue through to settlement.
• Progress claims proactively and meet all court deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case management and file records.

• Handle liability and quantum disputes from issue through to settlement.

About You

• Claimant credit hire litigation experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of liability and quantum.
• Fast Track/Multi-Track experience desirable.
• Proclaim experience desirable.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage your own caseload.
