Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a credit executive to join the credit risk team at the UK head office near Rocester, with a training period before a three-day-per-week office schedule after training.

Job description

We are recruiting for the financial services arm of a blue chip, global equipment manufacturer.

They are looking for a credit executive to join their credit risk team based at the UK head office close to Rocester (3 days from the office after training).

You will be responsible for looking at credit applications that don’t meet ‘auto accept’ criteria, evaluating Equifax data, assessing company accounts, liaising with the sales team to gain additional information, signing off smaller ticket applications and making recommendations working closely with the wider risk team on larger deals.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate who has experience of assessing company accounts, ideally from a business lending background – this may be banking, asset finance or similar. You don’t have to have held an underwriting mandate, but will need to demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions based on credit information available to you.

Although a 12 month maternity cover, there is potential for longer term career opportunities with this inspirational brand. A £2k completion bonus is payable at the end of the contract.
