You will conduct deep-dive analyses, develop reporting with BI tools, and contribute to machine learning models and fraud detection while collaborating with Tech, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL skills required.
• Strong data-driven problem solving.
• 2-5 years in data analytics in a consumer-facing business.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI).
• Git familiarity is beneficial.
• DBT is a plus.
• Python data science stack beneficial (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing customers behind on payments.
• Deep dive investigations to surface actionable insights.
• Develop reporting suite using BI tools and tech stack.
• Support vulnerable customers with empathic approaches.
• Create strategies to identify and prevent fraud.
• Develop machine learning models and policies for decisions.
• Identify new opportunities and challenges for the team.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Collections, Ops, Tech, Finance and others.
