Job summary

Cactus Search is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Credit Risk team in the South West. The role focuses on using data to understand customer debt, revenue, and collections performance, helping the business reduce bad debt and make better decisions.

You will work on on-site data tasks with some flexibility, building SQL reports and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data processes that drive better debt and revenue outcomes.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• ESSENTIALSQL skills (extracting, joining, and analysing data)
• Experience working with debt, revenue, credit risk, or collections data
• Ability to explain findings to non-technical people
• Experience managing analysis tasks or projects

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in Utilities or Financial Services
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of predictive or risk-based analysis
