Yorkshire is seeking a credit controller to join a small team in Bradford. You will oversee your own ledger, chase payments, and apply training provided to develop credit control skills.

Ideal candidates have credit control or strong customer service experience, with good communication and organisational abilities. This is an office-based role with a salary of £27,000 plus bonus, based on a 37.5 hour week.

Mansioni

• Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter.
• Placing accounts on stop when needed.
• Setting limits and agreeing payment terms.
• Producing statements for customers.
• Allocating payments to accounts.
• Ensuring payments are made on time and remittances are received.
• Raising queries and liaising with the legal team when required.
• Reconciliations and analysis of accounts; reporting in Excel.
