Job summary

Our Client in Bradford is seeking a credible and experienced Credit Controller to join the team. You will manage a section of the Sales Ledger, process payments, allocate cash, reconcile accounts, and chase overdue balances by letter, phone and email.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with an immediate start and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is £26,400 per annum, and candidates from any background with strong numeracy and communication skills will be considered

On behalf of Our Client we are looking for a credible and experienced CREDIT CONTROLLER from any background:

Main Duties

Working within a team each Credit Controller will have responsibilities for a section of the Sales Ledger.

Each team member is responsible for a following aspects of their nominated accounts:

• Receive, balance, & enter bank payments
• Allocate payments
• Reconcile accounts
• Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required
• Follow up overdue accounts by letter & phone & email
• Liaise with sales force & internal staff re overdue accounts, queries & other matters as necessary
