Dunns Food and Drinks are looking for an individual to provide credit control admin support to the finance function for approximately 6-8 weeks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy finance department. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in credit control, can work to strict financial control policy and will be confident in handling high volumes of transactions, liaising with stakeholders, and working within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Management: Proactively follow up on outstanding balances from clients
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies on customer accounts
• Ensure Customers pay within agreed terms.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate regularly with colleagues across departments and assist the Sales Department with customer information.
• Answer inbound phone calls from customers.
• Ability to collect debt via card payment and bacs.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a credit control function
• Solid understanding of debt collection and financial systems
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software (experience with LadyLodge is a bonus)
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Annual Salary equivalent £28,500
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (flexible)
• 28 days annual leave including public holidays (FTE)
• Office-based position
